Our kitchen cooks with fresh, predominantly locally produced products, presented in a tempting way and with a Mediterranean accent. In a nutshell: Enjoy your meal.

In the morning

Start your day with a balanced breakfast on the panoramic terrace - just as it should be: relaxed, high-quality and with a view.

Freshly baked bread and pastries from the village bakery, a fine selection of cheeses and cold meats, yoghurt, fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade jams and muesli and cereal variations await you, as well as egg dishes that are freshly prepared for you à la minute.

The best Meinl coffee, high-quality teas and various fruit juices are of course available - for an enjoyable start to the day.

Lunchtime

At lunchtime from 12 to 14 we spoil you with homemade pasta in many variations, refined antipasti and fish or meat dishes. Of course, the South Tyrolean Marende is not to be missed.

Enjoy your lunch break in a relaxed atmosphere - with a view of the greenery or in the stylish ambience of our restaurant.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, we invite you to enjoy a delicious break: South Tyrolean apple strudel, homemade cakes and tasty ice cream sundaes.

Whether you want to recharge your batteries after an active morning or simply sit back and relax - our afternoon programme is the perfect setting for a little time out.

Sweet moments, quiet atmosphere - on the terrace, in the lounge or by the pool.

Evening

In the evening we offer a choice of menus and serve South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean accents on weekly changing theme evenings - with a strong focus on local producers.

In summer, we organise informal barbecue parties and Mediterranean fish evenings on the panoramic terrace or present delicious dessert buffets.

Of course you can also order à la carte at any time. We will be happy to reserve a terrace table for you.

The origin

What would South Tyrol be without its cosy parlours? Four of them make for good conversation, invite you to enjoy a glass of wine and savour our culinary delights. In autumn, the Tyrolean Stube with its 16th century fireplace is particularly cosy.

Our restaurant is also a good address for à la carte guests. For lunch and dinner, every day. The dishes we serve are honestly cooked, rooted in the region and open to new flavours. 

South Tyrolean cuisine as the basis, with a Mediterranean twist and served with attention to detail. Will it taste good? Try it out. And if there's still room - more is expressly permitted.
