For us, enjoyment is simply part of it. The day starts in the morning with everything that makes you feel good: fresh produce, homemade snacks, the aroma of coffee and, above all, the view of Lake Kaltern from our terrace
Our à la carte terrace restaurant is open for you at lunchtime (for an extra charge). Light, uncomplicated, just right between pool and excursion.
And in the evening it gets cosy. Regional cuisine with a Mediterranean touch - honestly cooked and served with love. Crisp, fresh salads are served directly to the table every day. Plus a fine selection of hand-crafted dishes: for carnivores, flexitarians, vegetarians and all gourmets. And then: a glass of wine from Lake Kaltern, a chat, a little time. Here you can enjoy.

For us, it's often the little things that make the difference. A place to arrive. A smile at reception. And the good feeling that you don't have to worry about anything. In the house on the hillside, many things are simply included: peace and quiet in the garden, sunshine on the terrace, the view over the vines and the lake. A dip in the pool, a moment in the spa, a glass of wine in the evening - perhaps at our cosy hotel bar when the day slowly winds down.

To make holidays feel easy, all rooms have a balcony. WLAN is free of charge throughout the hotel. Parking is shady and free of charge - those who like it particularly cool can use the underground car park (for an extra charge). And we are there for you at reception: daily from 07.30 to 22.00. Honest hospitality - not artificial, but lived.

Sometimes it doesn't take much. Just warmth. Peace and quiet. And a place where you can let go. Relaxation is easy with us: a dip in the pool or a sauna session: Finnish sauna, steam bath and our panoramic organic herbal sauna. Loungers in the Vigna Spa, views of the greenery, sun on your face. Plus quiet zones where you can relax in comfort. And when the day moves on outside, the feeling remains inside: you can slow down here.

Holidays should move you - without pressure, but with joy. With us, active holidays are included as a matter of course: first-hand hiking tips, tour suggestions in Komoot, maps and literature to browse through. Backpacks, poles and water bottles to borrow - so you can just set off. And for cyclists, there's the bike room with tools, washing area and daily jersey service. Plus the best sports catering, light and invigorating.
And there's more: our guests can play tennis for free on the beautiful course in the Altenburg Forest. Golfers can enjoy discounts at the Dolomiti Golf Club in Sarnonico - a 45-minute drive, which is worth it for the scenery alone. And at Lake Kaltern, the jetty at the Seewiesn awaits: jump in, let yourself drift, feel the holiday. Turning exercise into pleasure. And every day a little adventure - right on your doorstep.

For children, many things are simply there - and of course included. In the evening, there's a special children's menu so that even little gourmets are happy. Waffles, pancakes and much more that tastes like a holiday await at breakfast. Then it's off or in - depending on what you fancy: in the pool to splash around, in the monkey paradise to play and marvel or in the large garden. Plenty of space to romp, run and hide. And little corners to discover everywhere. This is what a family holiday feels like: free, relaxed and full of wonderful moments.
